This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies saascentrix.com ("we", "us") uses, why, and how you can control them. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
What cookies we use
We keep this simple and only use two categories on this site today:
Required for the site to function — for example, remembering your cookie preference itself (stored in your browser's local storage, not a tracking cookie). These cannot be switched off because the site would not work correctly without them, and they are not used to track you across other sites.
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, general location and device type, and how you arrived here — so we can improve it. GA4 sets its own cookies (for example _ga) to distinguish visitors and sessions. This category only loads if you accept it in the cookie banner.
We do not currently use any advertising or marketing cookies (for example a Meta/Facebook Pixel) on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy and the consent banner before any such cookie is set.
Your choice
When you first visit, a banner asks you to Accept or Decline analytics cookies. Essential cookies are always active because the site cannot function without them. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer, which reopens the same banner.
How consent is applied
If you decline or have not yet chosen, GA4 does not load or record your visit. If you accept, GA4 is enabled immediately without needing to reload the page. Declining does not affect your ability to use the site, submit the demo request form, or receive a response from us — those functions never depend on analytics consent.
Third parties
Google Analytics is operated by Google. Data collected through GA4 is subject to Google's own privacy and data practices in addition to ours. We do not control how Google processes that data beyond the settings we configure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our use of cookies changes — for example if we ever add an advertising category. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
